Q. Which types of alliances are in the Partners' program?
A. There are three types of alliances in the SPP:
- Strategic alliances: the result of each undertaking that we begin together with our Strategic Partners is the mutual growth and benefit. The support that we receive and give in any business field is crucial to maintain ourselves as key players of the market.
- Technologic alliances: we choose our technologic partners because we believe they are the best and the right ones to deliver the best technologic quality –software and/or hardware- to our clients.
- Commercial and implementation alliances: the relationship that we form with our commercial and implementation partners is fundamental so that Apia can have a greater reach around the world. Our partners provide qualified staff and with experience in the different industries and markets where Apia can be customized. They add value to Apia, with processes and customizations for specific markets or industries.
Q. How do you do to become a partner?
A. In order to become a partner you must complete the contact form, and our commercial department will answer as soon as possible.
Q. Which benefits are obtained when becoming a partner?
A. Partners will be able to obtain a) qualification on STATUM's products; b) pre sale material and the support of the commercial department; c) discounts in Apia's licenses; d) technical support specialized in BPMS; e) two users with unlimited access to STATUM's Knowledge Base; f) reception of informative material(newsletters, monthly bulletins, etc.); g) free access to webinars and STATUM's events.
Q. Which courses are available for partners?
A. STATUM has developed a portal so that partners can be qualified on-line. There are three available courses: basic, intermediate and advanced in Apia 2.2 and Apia 2.3. Besides, there are some specializations available in Business Intelligence, Administration module, Dashboards and queries, ApiaItil and the Knowledge Base.
Q. How do the partners do to register for the courses?
A. Most are on-line, therefore, they must log in www.statum.org and fill the registration form. For the in-person courses you must contact to the Qualification department sending an e-mail to info@statum.biz.
Q. What is an "Apia certified professional"?
A. Apia certified professionals are people who have completed and passed the basic, intermediate and advanced course in Apia 2.2 or 2.3 and have passed the final exam.
Q. How much is to become an "Apia certified professional"?
A. Although most of the courses are free for partners, some of the specializations and exams must be paid. Prices oscillate between 90 and 110 dollars.
