SUMMARY:
STATUM announced ENTEL as a new client in its project portfolio. Through its business partner in Bolivia —OPTITECH Bolivia—, STATUM welcomed the Bolivian state-owned telecommunications company, with the aim of promoting the implementation of Apia BPMS in its operations.
INFORMATION:
Apia BPMS is an advanced business process management solution that promises to optimize and streamline the current and future projects of ENTEL. The collaboration between STATUM and OPTITECH BOLIVIA guarantees first-class technical and strategic support, designed to maximize ENTEL's efficiency and success in the technological field.
Both companies are committed to provide all the necessary support to achieve the desired objectives. They are confident that this alliance will be a catalyst for continued growth and innovation in the Bolivian telecommunications industry.
Project
The project focused on the creation of administrative support processes in all areas of ENTEL, which improved incident and case tracking, as well as the institution's performance, says engineer Bernardo Boero, operations manager of OPTITECH BOLIVIA.
Since the start of the project in March 2023, the experience has been one of collaboration and adaptation between the teams of the three companies.
Boero highlighted the importance of the “change of mentality of digital transformation”, a challenge that ENTEL and the drivers of the project have been able to handle with an excellent level of professionalism.
The implementation has meant a joint effort to adapt to new ways of working, which marks a before and after in the internal management of the company.
The reception from users has been “very positive”. Approximately 1,300 employees have started to use this tool and there is widespread interest in “being more efficient” and “cutting their working time and hours”.
