STATUM plans to release ApiaDocumentum version 2.4 by the end of the year
SUMMARY:
STATUM will release the update to ApiaDocumentum, the system used by the public and private sectors to manage digital records, at the end of the year. Version 2.4 will bring a substantial change: a complete overhaul of the interface, that is, the way users view and operate the platform.
INFORMATION:
Version 2.4 aims to modernize the user experience. One of the key changes will be the migration to a new software base called Apia 4.0.0.4, which will be the engine that supports the entire system. This means greater stability, improved performance, and better support for the upcoming features that STATUM plans to incorporate.
The second major change will be the redesign of the entire interface with a technology called REACT. This will result in faster screens, with a clearer and more organized design. The idea is to simplify navigation, reduce unnecessary steps, and make working with digital records more intuitive. The company is also considering incorporating artificial intelligence tools.
What's New in Version 2.3
Meanwhile, version 2.3, released this year, incorporates improvements designed for daily case management. One of these improvements is the more efficient sending and receiving of documents, which helps avoid blockages and makes exchanges more agile. Changes have also been introduced to the dashboards, allowing for clearer monitoring of processes and deadlines.
Users will have more options for viewing and downloading files, as well as the ability to consult external processes under certain permissions. This is key for organizations that must share information with other institutions and maintain security and control over who accesses documents.
Version 2.3 incorporates features for teamwork, task distribution, and the configuration of deadlines and alarms. This makes the system a more effective tool for organizing work, assigning responsibilities, and tracking the timelines established for each file.
Permission management also becomes more precise. You can now define what types of actions managers can see and what each user can consult. Additionally, automatic notifications can be generated about specific movements within a file.
Document security is reinforced with new ways to digitally sign files. The signature can be integrated into the PDF document or can be visible. Another improvement is the inclusion of a tracking system that records all actions performed on a file, ensuring transparency and control.
Finally, the new version includes features such as document reception, which formalizes the entry of files into the system with a detailed record, and the ability to divide files into smaller pieces for more organized management.
