Casinos del Estado incorporates Electronic File
The application of electronic file management facilitates the exchange within an area and towards other organizations that have interoperability tools.
Since November 15, the Casinos General Directorate has the Eelectronic File tool in its most recent version: ApiaDocumentum 2.0.
The implementation process included survey, knowledge transfer, personalized configuration of the tool and had the active commitment of all the Casinos teams involved in the project.
ApiaDocumentum is the environment that allows the administration of the Electronic File service. It has the ability to manage the processes and workflows of the files, using forms, documents, groups and conditions associated with each of its stages. Some of the new features of this version are: change of interface, search bar and multiple tabs that optimize the process of the files.
With the accession of the General Directorate of Casinos, progress is being made towards the elimination of paper and towards more efficient management in the State.
