ApiaDocumentum in the National Housing Agency
The National Housing Agency (ANV for its acronym in Spanish) did not have a tool for processing files electronically; for this reason STATUM will fulfill this purpose through the implementation of ApiaDocumentum.
The goal of ANV for 2014 was having a product that would meet the abovementioned requirement. In order to achieve such goal, it was necessary to gather information that would allow setting up the system, which had to be parameterized in accordance with the structure of the entity. This solution was implemented in a test environment in order to validate its behavior. Once it was approved by the authorized group, it was implemented into production.
The implementation of the electronic file in the ANV ended with the training of end users for them to learn how to use this tool.
The project was set in motion in June 2014. In the following month, the required information was gathered and its scope was defined, which ended the planning stage. During September it was installed in a test environment and end-customer tests were carried out. The training, production and administrative closure took place in October.
It is expected that key users and 150 end users will receive on-site training.
Specific technical information
The scope of the project includes the homologation of the product in SQL Server. As for the external dependencies, in order to be able work through the platform of the Electronic File Routing and Traceability Application (ARTEE for its Acronym in Spanish), it is necessary to be authorized by AGESIC. Once the corresponding procedures are completed, the ANV will be able to share electronic files with other entities.
