New application "Online Procedures" developed on Apia BPMS

In 2015, the application “Online Procedures” was developed on the Apia BPMS platform. Such application allows state agencies to manage the definition and publication of procedures in an easy, simple and transparent way, and speed up its implementation, meeting all the standards, requirements, regulations and integration of the technical components that AGESIC provides.

The Online Procedures platform is an “application layer” that incorporates all the integrations and technical and functional requirements which are common to all online procedures in order to:
• Evolves independently
• Makes maintenance more efficient
• Speeds up waiting times
• Minimizes costs and makes it more effective
The platform will interact with the components and assents that AGESIC has, such as:
Citizen Portal: for automatically publishing associated procedures and forms in the portal
Authentication: how a citizen will be authenticated before the State
Tracking System: how procedures will be tracked in order for the citizen to know where his/her procedure is
Electronic File: for natively integrating the start of procedures implemented on the file
Safe Web Services: for using services that were already published by agencies
Digital Signature Security: signature applet that is already available for files that can be used in procedures
Payment Gateway: for procedures that require the payment of fees
E-notifications: for performing notifications
The platform will also be able to interoperate with the assets the agencies have, not necessarily the ones provided by AGESIC.
