Training of BHU officials on electronic file
Summary:
The training of officials of the Mortgage Bank of Uruguay (BHU for its Spanish acronym) took place in November. In December, the ApiaDocumentum platform was put into production.

The training of officials was divided as follows:
Training of BHU Administrators / Functional Mentors in charge of administrating the System.
Training of BHU first-level help desk.
Training of key users to assist their peers.
On-site training of the 150 end users that will use the tool.
On-line training of the rest of the agency officials that did not attend the on-line courses through the STATUM Learning Platform (www.statum.org).
December 2015 – Implementation of ApiaDocumentum in BHU
150 end users and 25 functional – key – mentors were trained. These officials had to travel to the interior of the country in order to continue training their peers. In total, 330 people have signed up to the basic and advanced ApiaDocumentum courses.
ACTIVITY 1 – TRAINING OF ADMINISTRATORS AND MENTORS
The aim of this course was to provide on-site training to the BHU mentors that were selected and appointed by the Head of the Project of the BHU.
These mentors learnt to use ApiaDocumentum at basic and advanced level and to administrate the tool.
ACTIVITY 2 – TRAINING OF 150 END USERS
The aim of this course was to provide on-site training to 150 end users of the BHU selected and appointed by different BHU Project Mentors in the context of the new Electronic File Management – ApiaDocumentum system.
At the end of the training, end users were able to process files through ApiaDocumentum.
ACTIVITY 3 – REMOTE TRAINING
Finally, this course was held to train the other end users of the BHU that were also selected and appointed by Project Mentors.
On-line training was provided to different users through the STATUM Learning Platform (e-Learning, www.statum.org) for them to be able to use ApiaDocumentum at basic and advanced processing level.
This course was coordinated in conjunction with the Human Capital, and was thus adapted to what was proposed by such sector.
Human Capital sent a full list of all the officials that where going to take the on-line courses, and the users that wanted to receive the on-line training had to register in the virtual platform and sign up to the following courses: "ApiaDocumentum – Basic processing” and “ApiaDocumentum – Advanced processing”.
