Electronic File in Ministry of Tourism
Summary:
In July, 2016, the Ministry of Tourism along with AGESIC launched the Electronic File project in such agency in order to keep working towards the removal of paper in the public administration.
Information:
Implementation processes of the electronic file in the Ministry of Tourism will be supported by the E-Government Agency (AGESIC) and KPMG Global Network Services. In addition to participating in its management, will accompany the transfer of knowledge and lessons learned.
Similarly, AGESIC will be supported STATUM in ApiaDocumentum configuration tool and training of the members of the team.
Moreover, in order to keep pace with all its phases, the team will have a help desk to provide technical and functional support so that an efficient implementation is achieved. The Ministry of Tourism also will have available updated versions of the application.
Thanks to actions like these, the E-Government Agency continues on a path of great value to society towards a paperless State and free of bureaucratic processes. So that our country approaches the stated goal of interoperability, which seeks to connect all central government promoting values like transparency, collaboration and participation.
The advent of technological advances has led governments to dialogue with citizens, guaranteeing a basic right as digital identity. With these initiatives Agesic and Statum enable information to be defragmented, is sufficient, current and provide support for management decision making to occur in a timely manner.
