Apia, a solution developed by STATUM to manage electronic files, documents and workflows was updated in March with significant improvements regarding security and new functionalities.
Version 3.1.0.7 includes several security improvements. User passwords are no longer sent via email, but through a link. In addition. This link will stop working after a certain period of time to prevent unauthorized access to the system. The security of download links has also been improved in this release. From now on, URLs will be encrypted so that none of their components can be corrupted; if an intruder attempts to do so, the link will be invalid.
Apia 3.1.0.1 has better accessibility for visually impaired users. Improvements of this kind have been made to calendars and include keyboard navigation in date fields.
In addition, the following improvements have been included in scheduled jobs: "manual" recurrence, times for task execution, email notifications when execution is delayed, maximum execution time, and execution priority.

Moreover, "Documentation Design" functionality has been created. This functionality generates a documents with the objects created in Apia. This way, the system will organize the documentation of the work performed for a customer.
Version 3.1.0.7 also includes a button in the user list that displays the functionalities that the selected user can access in a certain environment.
Finally, access to reports has been added in the mobile version. The system now generates files (in PDF, HTML, Excel format) that can be accessed and download from mobile devices.

una de las cosas importantes para nuestro trabajo es la búsqueda de expedientes en APIA a través de la Consulta Global al digitar alguno de los atributos tanto en el asunto como en el contenido de la actuación. Hoy dicha búsqueda se hace compleja ya que al detallar más de una palabra esta debe estar en la secuencia en que fue ingresada, y la verdad que ello es imposible de adivinar. Por lo que sería bueno que APIA permita dicha búsqueda ingresando dos o más atributos sin importar el orden secuencial en la ´frase ingresada en el Resumen . desde ya muchas gracias saludos
