ST Consultores obtains ISO 9001:2015 certification and scope extension

In January 2018, ST Consultores obtained the certification for Client Contact, Staff Recruitment, Human Capital Satisfaction Measurement and Psychometric Report Management activities with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and OUA (Uruguayan Accreditation Organization) accreditation.
ST Consultores has been successful in obtaining the certification and scope extension thanks to the hard work and commitment of the professionals involved in the quality system and its associated processes, which are implemented in Apia BPMS.
"We have grown during this certification process and therefore the work quality of the HR department of ST Consulores has improved," stated Ms. Carolina Chalela, HR Manager of ST Consultores.
ST Consultores started this process in 2013, when it obtained the 9001:2008 certification for Client Contact and Staff Recruitment activities. After that, it became the first company in Uruguay to earn the ISO 9001:2015 certification.
"Even though our initial goal was to get better scores in tenders, the best thing that came out of the certification was that is made us grow as a work team; all of our work processes are now organized and performed in the same way, regardless of who completes them," Ms. Chalela stated.
