Information:
ApiaTrámites -a platform developed by STATUM, fully aligned with Agesic's Online Procedures Model and which provides the mechanisms and functionalities required for a quick interaction between agencies and citizens- has been upgraded. Agesic approved the second version of traceability included in ApiaTrámites as from version 1.4.1.3.
Traceability is a functionality provided by Agesic which allows users to check the process stage and location of an online procedure using a tracking code.
The second version includes improvements regarding the information displayed to users. Approval means that such improvements are working properly in Apia Trámites version 1.4.1.3.
Also, a new version of ITC gateway -with significant changes regarding security- was developed. This means that online payments made by citizens are more secure now. Such improvements are included in ApiaTrámites and can be set as from version 1.4.1.3.
Apiatrámites allows implementing online procedures for citizens and government agencies to interact in an easy, intuitive and dynamic way. It's "agile methodology" allows the agency officers to be involved in the procedure definition and parameterization process and thus learn enough about the tool to be able to perform maintenance activities on their own.
