Summary:
STATUM, within the framework of AGESIC's Online Procedures program, added a new online procedure for the National Topography Directorate.
As of August 3, the Request for a Copy of Measurement Plans is made exclusively online.
Information:
The National Topography Directorate, belonging to the Ministry of Transportation and Public Works (MTOP), offers a new online procedure developed by STATUM with its ApiaTrámites technology, within the framework of AGESIC's Online Procedures program whose objective is that 100% of Online Procedures for citizens and companies in the Central Administration can be carried out completely online, without the need to go to an office in person.
The procedure corresponds to the Request for Copy of Measurement Plans. Prior to being published online, the citizen who required a copy of the plans had to send an email to the agency (archivosgrafico@mtop.gub.uy), attach an application form and proof of payment. The copies requested in Montevideo were withdrawn from the third business day and up to within the next 45 calendar days at the MTOP Citizen Service Center, presenting a copy or image of the email received with the request number that had been granted at the beginning. the procedure. For citizens residing in the interior of the country, they could pay and collect the copies at the DAC-Central Agency branch of the corresponding locality.
As of the online launch of said procedure, the citizen can access https://www.gub.uy/tramites/solicitud-copia-planos-mensura and from there manage the entire application online. The procedure allows you to enter basic and advanced search criteria to consult the plans, allows you to preview the plans that meet the entered criteria, select the required plan and finally make the payment online. Subsequently, copies of the survey plans will be mailed to you at the delivery address you specified on the request.
This process is in "great demand", in just its first week of being online, more than 130 applications have been completed.
This new mode of interaction with the State considerably improves the quality, efficiency and delivery times of copies to citizens, allowing the monitoring and traceability of the process at all times.
ApiaTrámites, a component of the Digital Services Platform for Government developed by STATUM, is fully aligned with the Online Procedures Model of Electronic Government Agencies, applying the main standards and best practices of the industry and allowing an easy, intuitive and dynamic to carry out the implementation of Online Procedures for the interaction between citizens / companies and public organizations, with an "agile methodology" that allows the officials of the organization to get involved in the definition and parameterization of the procedures, appropriating the knowledge of the implementation for subsequent maintenance with their own resources.
