Cruz del Sur pipeline adds to the use of APIA-BPMS
The project in the pipeline Cruz del Sur S.A. began in July 2014, after GufCS outside the selected company to develop some company systems using APIA as BPM tool.
The purpose of this organization was to unify and computerize various systems functioned separately in several areas of internal management. At this time, it is working on the first phase of the development stage of the project. It mainly involves the processes of purchasing management company. For this first step was necessary to conduct a survey with a basic design or prototype implementing processes, reviewing all areas of the company. Once this process continues as was mentioned, with the stage of development.
When the APIA-BPM system is implemented, it will cover the processes of Purchase and Documentation Management, Human Resources and Risk and Monitoring Actions.
GufCS, a partner responsible for developing applications on APIA, was selected to implement this project with the Uruguayan company. Given the characteristics presented Pipeline Cruz del Sur SA (steps involving different tasks with different members in different areas) APIA-BPM was the most appropriate tool for them. The platform will allow them to articulate and organize all the information management with greater control, organization and integration of the activities carried out in the areas covered by the software STATUM.
