Latest Apia and ApiaDocumentum Training Courses

During 2016, a large number of training courses were carried out for national and international organizations, and information of previous courses was updated.
Information:
In March, approximately 60 officials of the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Mining received training on the new 1.9.4 version. They were divided in three groups of 20 members each and received theoretical and practical training.
During that same month, several training courses were also carried out for other state agencies such as the Departmental Board of San José, the National Institute of Meteorology and the Administration of State Railroads.
In April, an Apia training course was held for 18 countries via conference, under the Deloitte Persona project, which was previously discussed in www.statum.biz under the same title.
Then, in May, it was the turn of the Transparency and Public Ethics Board, the Ministry of Tourism and the Attorney General's Office. They all received training in ApiaDocumentum for users and administrators. In the case of users, the course included training on basic and advanced processing, and it lasted four days. A five-day workshop for Peruvian organizations was held in the same month. Approximately 14 people who were already familiar with Apia attended this workshop. Several items were addressed, among which the following stand out: presentation of case or problem to be solved and discussion thereof, arising of client doubts and subsequent work assessment, joint resolution and final comments.
During June and July, two training courses were carried out for the National Human Rights Institution and Ombudsman's Office. A total of 24 officials were trained in ApiaDocumentum.
Another workshop was also held on Apia Procedures for URSEC. Even officials of the National Cadastre Office attended a five-day Apia training course held in October.
