Through the new version of 1.9.4.15 of ApiaDocumentum, progress was made in security and in the electronic exchange of files between agencies. Regarding the former, the cryptographic algorithm SHA1 was changed to SHA256 (Secure Hast Algorithm or Secure Hash Algorithm). In particular, this version contemplates security guarantees for those files that used SHA1.
With regard to the exchange of files, the BPS now has the option of enabling the exchange module and, thus, electronically sending files to other agencies, thereby avoiding possible losses and saving time and costs.
