STATUM collaborated in Deloitte Persona international training

Mr. Pablo Ferrari, Computer Engineer at STATUM, attended a training course on the use and configuration of Deloitte Persona. Training took place in May, 2018, in China and Japan. There, Mr. Ferrari provided assistance on technical aspects required by attendees.
The Deloitte Persona project comprises 22 countries (Argentina, Austria, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Spain, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Italy, Japan, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Paraguay, Dominical Republic, El Salvador, Uruguay and Venezuela). In the future, it will also be used in Germany, China, South Korea, Equatorial Guinea, Kenya, Taiwan and Turkey. Deloitte Persona is a portal for managing HR strategic processes using Apia.
Attendees of each country were able to see and follow the steps required when using Deloitte Persona with their clients.
Pablo Ferrari explained that training was carried out "considering the parameters each country will need to set, and therefore, the practice exercises were designed taking into account these particular aspects."
Mr. Ferrari also attended meetings with the Deloitte China IT department since, due to Chinese regulations, the servers and data must be stored in Chinese territory.
In Japan, he attended several meetings to analyze potential changes on Deloitte Persona "in order to enhance it and include more parameterization options for different countries".
Deloitte Persona comprises four processes: leave request, employee registration, customer services (generation of indicators and indexes), issuance/acceptance of salary receipts in electronic format and management of per diem payments.
Deloitte Persona is a system developed by STATUM that is used by several tens of thousands of people including Deloitte employees and employees of other companies that use this service.
