STATUM welcomes BANCO FIE that has acquired APIA BPMS

STATUM welcomes BANCO FIE, the second most important bank in Bolivia and leader in the microcredit segment of Latin America and the Caribbean, which has acquired the process automation services of Apia BPMS through our distributor ALBATIAN CONSULTING.

The entity's technical and business teams received training in BPM methodologies and techniques for the implementation of their business processes through the Apia BPMS product. The Bank for the Promotion of Iniciativas Econónicos S.A. (FIE) relied on ALBATIAN CONSULTING for its methodological and technical capacity to carry out said project.

With more than 140 agencies in Bolivia and more than 3,000 employees, the entity wanted to centralize the disbursement process of more than 8,000 monthly credit operations. Thus, BANCO FIE proceeded to the “Digital Transformation” through the “Credit Factory” solution of ALBATIAN CONSULTIN. In the first stage, it was possible to substantially reduce the internal control observations and those generated by additional risk to delinquency, with a direct impact on the volume of annual forecasts.
