STATUM trained on ApiaTramites in the Ministry of the Interior

Officials received a course on the tool for the new implementation cycle of the project Traffic on Line

During the beginning of 2019, STATUM provided a training for employees of the Ministry of the Interior which was summarized in the new implementation cycle of the project Traffic on the Line with the tool ApiaTrámites.

This is the platform that provides the mechanisms and functionalities required to publish procedures and the interaction between the citizen and the corresponding organism. The objective of the project is to make available to the public a set of 30 procedures from different executing units of the organism.

During the development of the course, the personal of the Ministry of the Interior received a level of knowledge of the product developed by STATUM, since for some employees it was the first contact with ApiaTrámites.

Other training modules correspond to the presentation of the methodology to use ApiaTrámites and the performance of exercises directly on the tool. For example, assistants practice with exercises that include real cases for the purpose of coping with the most common situations and needs that arise in daily work; as well as to demonstrate the potential and versatility of the system.
