In announcing the achievement of the goal, the director of the Online Procedures program, Karime Ruibal, stressed that the work carried out was based on four pillars: political support, the application of technology, the demands and needs of citizens and commitment of the organisms involved. "The program leaves much more than just technologies," he said at a ceremony held on December 19, 2019 in the Annex Building of the Executive Tower, referring to obtaining new knowledge, optimizing processes and improving cybersecurity by public bodies.
