ST Consultores Fulfilled ISO 9001:2015 Follow-up Audit

Certification will be valid until March 2022.

At the beginning of 2020, ST Consultores fulfilled ISO certification follow-up audit on the following activities: Client Contact, Staff Recruitment, Human Capital Satisfaction Measurement and Psychometric Report Management with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and OUA (Uruguayan Acceditation Agency.) Certification will be valid until March 2022.

Since it achieved its first ISO certification (ISO 9001:2008) in March 2013, ST Consultores has consistently renewed its certification and has extended its scope to other activities, the original ones being Client Contact and Staff Recruitment. It was also the first company to achieve ISO 9001:2015 certification in Uruguay.

"The purpose for this year is to include a new activity," stated Carolina Chalela, Head of Human Capital.

Milagros Ferrero, a psychologist of Human Capital, stated that having ISO 9001:2015 certification "guarantees that work will be successful. All steps have been established and they are easy to follow."

Auditors noted the "commitment of both Directors and staff regarding the maintenance of the management system and the depth of the document and record system" as the company's main strengths.
