APIA BPMS Implementation Process Began at BROU
Summary:
STATUM won a tender and began to train officers at the Bank of the Republic of Uruguay (BROU.)
Information:
After winning a tender opened last year, STATUM has officially began the process to implement APIA BPMS as a technological platform to automate the business processes of all BROU branches.
In the short term, the purpose of STATUM and BROU is to implement two processes related to requests management. In the medium term, all the business processes of the entity will be managed with the tool in order to cover the IT requirement level and the needs that are not covered by the platform currently being used.
STATUM introduced the product strengths and began to train officers in the usage of the software.
BROU opened a tender to buy a BPM tool after assigning the Engineering School a technical evaluation of the products available in the Uruguayan market. This is because the winning bidder should have trained staff members capable of providing local support. The School suggested a short list of ten tools from which Apia was chosen.
Apia is a flexible, powerful, and complete technology and process platform of quick implementation that can be used in different sectors to implement and manage business processes in a highly productive way.
