STATUM will participate in the implementation of Electronic File in ASSE

Information:

The State Health Services Administration (ASSE) decided to implement an Electronic File system at the institutional level, through which all of its administrative documents are digitized within 12 months. For this, ASSE awarded the project to ITC S.A., a consultant that ApiaDocumentum chose and the support services of STATUM.

Each year, ASSE maintains around 45,000 moving documents divided into the following types: files, notes, forms and resolutions. Of the total, 35,000 correspond to new documents, whose distribution is as follows: 54% of notes; 34% of forms; 10% of files; and 2% of resolutions.

By users, the agency reported that it has about 4,500 for the total annual files. Almost half corresponds to Montevideo; then there are about 500 in Canelones and about 120 for each remaining department. A third of the files are handled in ASSE Central and the rest in the different units.

The face-to-face training will have coverage of up to 50% of the users of electronic files throughout the country.

This project is a great challenge for STATUM due to the size and complexity of the national presence agency.
