STATUM and the Ministry of the Interior closed Phase 1 of the Online Procedures project

The ApiaTramites platform responds to three executing units for more than 30 procedures.

Information:

STATUM and the Ministry of the Interior closed Phase 1 of the implementation of the Online Procedures project this June 2020. This phase included three executing units, more than 30 online procedures and the development of a Management BackOffice.

Since the start of production at the end of December 2019 and a series of adjustments, ApiaTramites responds to the following:

 National Directorate of Police Education:
- Processing of shooting ranges.
- Processing of Information Center.
 
Total procedures executed to date: 1.
 
National Directorate of Scientific Police:
- Ballistic Registration Procedure.
 
Total procedures executed to date: More than 900 procedures.
 
General Directorate for the Control of Security Companies:
- Procedures related to Companies, Guards. Psychologists and Security Elements.
- BackOffice application for internal management.
 
Total procedures executed to date: More than 5,000 guards; more than 30 companies; more than 30 psychologists. It has not yet been used for Security Elements.

STATUM and the Ministry of the Interior have already begun work on Phase 2 of the project to include additional procedures for the General Directorate for the Inspection of Security Companies, mainly in the tasks of planning and evolution of the procedures included in Phase 1.
 
ApiaTramites is the platform that provides the mechanisms and functionalities required to publish procedures and for interaction between the citizen and the corresponding body.
