Since March 2021, human capital management has been added to the already certified processes.

On March 30, 2021, ST Consultores expanded the scope of the processes certified by the ISO 9001: 2015 standard by adding Human Capital Management. The certification will be valid until March 25, 2022 when a recertification audit will take place.

In this way, ST Consultores has five processes certified with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Services) accreditation: Contact with the client, Selection of personnel, Measurement of human capital satisfaction, Management of psycho-labor reports and Management of human capital.

ST Consultores has successfully achieved the certification and extension of the scope without interruption since March 2013, when it obtained the ISO 9001: 2008 certification for the activities of Contact with the client and Selection of personnel. Later, it became the first company in the country to obtain ISO 9001: 2015 certification.

The processes Contact with the client, Selection of personnel, Measurement of satisfaction of human capital and Management of psycho-labor reports were only applied by the Human Resources area of ​​ST Consultores. However, Human Capital Management also involves the Administration and Financial-accounting areas.

“This expansion allowed other areas of the company to work on the quality management system. It makes it easier for all stakeholders to carry out the tasks of the process implemented in Apia in the way that was detailed in the procedure”, said Carolina Chalela, the company's HR manager.

The Human Capital Management process automates the steps involved in the entry of new personnel and the corresponding changes.

Chalela added: “You don't need a person who is organizing the tasks. Everything flows as the tasks of the process are executed by the actors involved and follows the course defined in the design”.
