Since 2018, STATUM and GRUPO HORUS have been working together to digitize various processes of the Paraguayan State.

The alliance between the Uruguayan company and GRUPO HORUS, a technology-based organization aimed at generating value through knowledge, innovation and technology, managed its first project in 2019. The Software Quality Center company was awarded the contract to incorporate the Electronic File System in the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies (MITIC) in Paraguay.

In addition, GRUPO HORUS helped implement the digitalization of processes in the National Plant and Seed Quality and Health Service (SENAVE), which integrates an electronic filing system and another for online procedures with STATUM technology.

"STATUM is a company that has well-established products and solutions in the regional market. It is a well-known company in this area of ​​BPM in Latin America," said George Temperley, CEO of GRUPO HORUS.

Both companies pursue a form of joint work in which STATUM provides the solutions and provides training to the members of GRUPO HORUS and the latter implements the projects for its clients.

"There was an orderly and efficient knowledge transfer process", Temperley said.

The process of eliminating paper support in Paraguay is beginning. Therefore, both parties see a lot of room to exploit in that country. "We, as representatives of STATUM, are committed to obtaining local projects (Paraguay). At the same time, we are very interested in creating an ecosystem that allows several companies to manage more digitization projects and faster", he said.
