STATUM joins forces with a partner to promote an electronic filing system at the National Securities Commission of Paraguay
SUMMARY:
Excelsis, a well-known Paraguayan technology company, has partnered with STATUM with the aim of providing a technological solution for the National Securities Commission (CNV) of Paraguay. In this joint project, an Electronic Records Management System (SGEE) was implemented that allows optimizing the administrative and internal procedures of the institution through Apia.
INFORMATION:
Since it was put into production at the beginning of June, more than 800 files have already been processed.
This solution was reached thanks to an inter-institutional cooperation agreement between the CNV, a public body in charge of regulating and supervising the stock market in the country, and MITIC, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies, in charge of formulating and executing related policies. with information technologies.
The main objective of the project was to generate the necessary capacities to manage and operate files in digital format. Rossana Mereles, Excelsis Project Manager, said that the "main benefits" achieved were: "minimizing the amount of paper handling in the National Securities Commission", greater "transparency and democratization of information" and "improvement in the quality of service".
The joint work between Excelsis and STATUM has followed a meticulously designed work plan. The process began with a survey stage, during which all the necessary parameters were collected to configure the system in an adequate and personalized manner as requested by the CNV. With this information, the STATUM team carried out the configuration of the system, ensuring that it was adjusted to the specific requirements.
Once the configuration was completed, the system was validated in collaboration with the CNV team. Test cases were designed to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of the SGEE.
STATUM provided support and monitoring during all stages of the project, until the system was successfully launched. Currently, the system is fully operational and both companies continue to provide technical support.
It is expected that the implementation of the SGEE will optimize document management and streamline internal processes.
