Courses Offered by STATUM
STATUM has an online learning community dedicated to training in BPMS (Business Process Management Suite) and associated tools. This platform includes free resources, support materials, and the possibility of obtaining online certifications.
The presentation of its proposal highlights three core components: free online courses, resources available to accompany the training, and a certification section that allows participants to validate the knowledge acquired after passing the final exam, thus providing formal endorsement of their skills.
The courses cover different topics and training levels. Among them is "Upgrading to ApiaDocumentum Version 2.2," designed for users who already work with the tool and need to incorporate the new version.
The "ApiaDocumentum – Training Program" is also offered, detailing which courses can be taken, in what order, and with what objectives. This includes courses such as "ApiaDocumentum – Basic and Advanced Processing," focused on digital document management.
Regarding the Apia 3 tool, STATUM offers a range of courses that begins with the introductory "Getting Started with Apia 3.0" course. This is complemented by courses differentiated by level: basic, intermediate, and advanced.
The offering is completed with the "BPMN Process Design for Beginners" course, which introduces the business process modeling methodology and explains the main elements of the BPMN standard.
The courses are taught in Spanish and are taught by STATUM Uruguay instructors. Some are available in public format and others in private access, depending on the user's profile.
In addition to the courses, the platform includes complementary resources: Apia Online, which allows for 100% online evaluation of the tool; an open and standardized business process library; and the Apia Facilis tool, designed for process design using BPMN and XPDL standards.
STATUM points out that BPMS training is beneficial for organizations seeking to automate, execute, and monitor business processes. According to the company, these types of tools can cut project development times in half compared to conventional methods.
The platform also promotes interaction between users through forums and blogs, where they can ask questions, share experiences, and build a community.
According to STATUM, BPMS represents a growing industry, moving more than $20 billion annually and employing millions of people globally, which is why they are seeking to strengthen local skills in this area.
