Procesus launches a service to generate procedures with artificial intelligence
SUMMARY:
Procesus, a spinoff of STATUM, launched a service that allows digital procedures to be created with the help of artificial intelligence. The tool works in the cloud and is part of the Apia ecosystem, used by public bodies and companies to manage processes.
INFORMATION:
This service allows designing a procedure from scratch, without the need to manually program or configure each step. The user only needs to indicate which process they want to automate, and Procesus will generate the necessary forms, screens, flow steps, and documents.
To achieve this, BPA files are created, a format that Apia understands and uses to automatically build each component of the procedure. This includes the internal structure, validation circuits, and approval points.
The result is a process that is ready to use in a few minutes, when in the past it could take weeks, months, or years of development depending on the entity's needs. Artificial intelligence analyzes the instructions it receives, interprets the process rules, and suggests the best way to organize it.
The goal is to speed up the digitization of services and to make the work of the teams that design or maintain administrative processes easier.
In addition, it automatically generates the functional and technical documentation for each process, that is, it creates the manuals.
The entire system is hosted in the cloud, allowing for easy scaling, seamless updates, and high levels of security.
