SUMMARY:

In February 2023, ST Consultores renewed its ISO certification for Client Contact, Staff Recruitment, Human Capital Satisfaction Measurement, Psychometric Report Management, and Human Capital Management with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) accreditation. All the mentioned processes are managed by the Human Capital and Accounting departments.

In 2013, ST Consultores achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for Client Contact and Staff Recruitment with UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service) and OUA (Uruguayan Agency for Accreditation, as for its acronym in Spanish.)

In March 2016, ST was the first company in the country to adapt its certified processes to ISO 9001: 2015 standard. This was possible thanks to the work and commitment of the professionals involved in the quality system and its associated processes, which are implemented in Apia BPMS.

Processes are certified every 3 years, therefore, this recertification will be valid until 2025. However, a follow-up audit on the Quality Management System is performed annually.

To fulfill the recertification process, officers of multinational company SGS visited ST Consultores offices on 28 February 2023 to perform an external audit. They highlighted the quality and quantity of the information on performance of processes, the quality of the indicators that are useful to make decisions, and the commitment of ST's members of staff, as well as their continuous training and knowledge on the quality management system, as the company's strengths.

"The Quality Management System is implemented with Apia BPMS. We design the processes of the tasks performed daily and, this way, we generate records for the audit," commented Carolina Chalela, head of the Human Capital department.

ST Consultores expects to certify more internal processes according to ISO 9001:2015 in the future, commented Chalela.
