SUMMARY:

The BHU has introduced two services that can now be completed entirely online. Developed in partnership with STATUM, these additions bring two frequently used procedures to the institution's digital service channel.

INFORMATION:

The first newly available service allows customers to check the balance and transaction history of their savings accounts. Through this new feature, account holders can access their current account status and view detailed information about their transactions.

The second available service is the Annual Payment Report, a document submitted to the General Tax Directorate (DGI). Users can now obtain this certificate electronically.

How to Access the Services

To use these services, users must verify their identity through ID Uruguay, the national digital identity system that enables individuals to authenticate themselves when accessing government agencies and public services.

Identity verification can be completed using any of the following methods: a gub.uy account with an intermediate security level, a national identity card with an embedded chip, Abitab Digital Identity, or ANTEL's TuID with an advanced security level.
